Facilitated drum circles
45 min - 1 hour
If you are planning a party, organising a staff function, entertaining clients, hosting a
conference or just want to spice up your day.
1 hour of rhythmic fun and games will help you to de-stress, boost your energy and build
your group's team spirit.
All drums and percussion instruments are provided.

Basic hand drumming course
6 weeks - One 1½ hour session per week
Learn basic hand drumming techniques while having fun with rhythms from around the
world.
No musical knowledge is required.
Bring your own drum or hire one for the duration of the course.

Intermediate drumming course
4 weeks - One 1½ hour session per week
Focusing on one traditional rhythm, you will learn all the parts and the techniques to
play it.
You will also be introduced to the different drums and percussion that are used when
playing the piece.

Exploring the rhythm workshop
1 day - 6 hours
No time for a class?
This one-day workshop will introduce you to the basics and have you playing in no time.
No musical knowledge is required.
Drums and percussion instruments will be provided.

3 days  Friday/Saturday/Sunday - 9 hours
Learn how to facilitate rhythm based groups and events.
Ideal for teachers, therapists, counsellors, community workers, tour operators and team
builders -anyone who would who would like to explore the use of rhythm/drum circles to
enhance their group work or introduce their clients to a truly interactive experience of the
rhythms of Africa.
Drums and percussion will be provided.

One-on-one classes
1 hour
Still the best and most traditional way to acquire the necessary skills and techniques to
become a competent hand drummer.
Having a drum to practice on is essential.
